Fideuram Bank (Luxembourg) S.A. (“FBL” or the “Bank”) is a financial institution part of the Italian banking Group Intesa Sanpaolo, through its controlling company Fideuram – Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking S.p.A. and since 1999 until the end of the Ist Quarter 2021 it was active in the Investment Fund sector, holding a prominent position in the Fideuram Group through the provision of Depositary Bank and Fund Administration services (NAV Calculation and Unitholders’ Register keeping) to Luxembourg UCIs promoted by the Parent Company. As consequence of the international strategical plan of the Intesa Sanpaolo’s Private Banking Division, to whom FBL belongs, the Bank sold such branch of activities and is now performing as core business those of Private Banking and Wealth management, acquired from its Luxembourgish sister Company Intesa Sanpaolo Bank.
